Join Us for Bring a Friend Day at OC GYM & OC Sports Performance!

We’re excited to invite you to Bring a Friend Day at both OC GYM Bend and OC Sports Performance! This is the perfect opportunity for you to introduce a friend, family member, or spouse to the incredible training environment and community we’ve built. Whether they’ve been curious about fitness or looking to level up their performance, this is the day to check it out—and for just a small donation, they’ll get to experience the best of what we offer!

Why You Should Bring a Friend:

Do you have a friend who’s been thinking about joining the gym or trying sports performance training? Now’s their chance to see what OC GYM and OC Sports Performance are all about. From our structured training to our supportive, like-minded community, Bring a Friend Day is the perfect way for them to dive in and experience it firsthand. Plus, you get to share the experience together!

  • January 29th
    • GP Classes: 5:30 AM & 4:45 PM
    • Sports Performance: 6:00-9:00 AM & 2:30-4:30 PM
  • January 30th
    • GP Classes: 5:30 AM & 4:45 PM
    • Sports Performance: 6:00-9:00 AM & 2:30-5:00 PM

What You Need to Do:

  • Reserve a Spot: If you’d like to bring someone along, simply email Sean@ocgymbend.com to reserve your spot and let us know your friend’s information.
  • Complete a Waiver: All guests must complete the OC waiver before attending. If your guest is new to the gym, please make sure they complete this in advance.
  • Join the Fun: We ask that you attend the class with your guest to help them get the most out of the experience and ensure they feel welcomed!

What’s in Store for Your Workout:

  • GP Class on January 29th: Get ready for a core-focused workout paired with gymnastics prep followed by an anaerobic session on the assault bike. Expect high-intensity intervals designed to push you a little outside of your comfort zone.
  • GP Class on January 30th: This workout will target lower body strength and explosiveness (just like every Thursday) with a special focus on glutes—prepare to build power and muscular endurance in your lower half.
  • Sports Performance on January 29th: We’ll be working on our 40-yard sprints—a fan favorite! Plus, there will be jumping to build speed, agility, and power.
  • Sports Performance on January 30th: Our usual lower body day focusing on strength, speed, and explosive movement. Perfect for athletes or anyone looking to take their training to the next level.
