Once that foundation is in place, then we begin narrowing the focus. Only after an athlete is strong, stable, and moving well do we target the specific characteristics their sport demands—whether that’s acceleration for soccer, rotational power for baseball, vertical explosiveness for volleyball, or repeat sprint ability for lacrosse.
