  • Arrive Early: Early is on time! This gives you time to review the workout and ask the Coach any questions you have about specific movements or what the desired stimulus for today’s workout should be.
  • Listen Attentively: During the workout briefing pay close attention to the Coach’s cues and explanations. Don’t be afraid to ask questions for clarification if something is unclear.
  • Embrace Modifications: OC’s Coaches will often offer modifications for movements. Don’t be discouraged if you need to modify – it simply means you’re working at a level that suits your current fitness level.
  • Communicate with Your Coach: Let your Coach know about any limitations you may have. This allows them to tailor the workout to your needs and keep you safe.
  • Focus on Form Over Ego: It’s tempting to lift heavier weights or move faster than your body is ready for. Prioritize proper form over pushing yourself beyond your limits.
