I recently took MIT’s free course The Art and Science of Happiness through OpenCourseWare, and one of its key takeaways stood out: a person’s happiness level is closely tied to their physical fitness routine.

That’s something we live and breathe at OC Gym here in Bend, Oregon. Our mission is simple — to help people become strong, happy, and healthy. While strength and health are easy to see in the mirror and feel in your body, happiness is the thread that ties it all together.
