With our 8-Week Kickstart, you’ll get:

What to Expect:
For 8 weeks, we’ll focus on building healthy habits, one step at a time. To track your progress, we’ll kick things off with an InBody scan to measure your baseline, and then we’ll do another scan at Week 8 to celebrate your success!
Here’s a glimpse of your journey:
- Week 1: Prioritize Sleep – Get the rest you deserve and wake up feeling refreshed.
- Week 2: Hydrate Daily – Quench your thirst and boost your energy levels.
- Week 3: Get Moving (NEAT) – Incorporate more movement into your daily routine.
- Week 4: Stress Less – Learn effective stress management techniques.
- Week 5: Eat Mindfully – Make healthier food choices and improve your relationship with food.
- Week 6: Fuel Your Body – Learn the importance of protein and how to incorporate it into your diet.
- Week 8: Meet with your coach & celebrate Your Success – Reflect on your progress and set new goals for the future. This will also include a follow-up InBody scan to see how far you’ve come!
