Who is the OC 90-day Nutrition Coaching program for?
Nutrition Coaching is for Men & Women who want to get healthier, fitter & stronger.
It’s for people who want to…
Do I have to weigh, measure & track my macronutrient intake?
Yes. Ideally you will weigh & measure your intake. Planning ahead & meal prepping 1-2x a week makes this much easier. The MyFitnessPal app makes it pretty easy to track. If for some reason weighing and measuring is not an option (travel, dining out, vacation, holidays) we will discuss the other options I have for journaling & portioning out your meals.
Do you give me a meal plan?
Nope. Meal plans are not sustainable and can make you feel defeated if not followed perfectly.
You get to choose which foods are best for you, how much & how often. You will be provided with a recommended caloric & macronutrient daily intake to serve as a guide.
Who are you and what makes you a qualified to coach nutrition?
Great question and I’m so glad you asked! Anyone can call themselves a health or nutrition coach but not everyone is qualified (or certified) to do so.
I am Sarah Rogue, a wife, a mother, a CrossFit Level-2 Trainer (CF-2), a National Academy of Sports Medicine-Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) & most importantly a Precision Nutrition-Certified Exercise Nutrition Coach (Pn1).
I’ve dedicated the last decade of my life evolving and continuing my education in the field of exercise & nutrition. My certifications make me a qualified coach & many years of personal experience (trial & error) make me an even more qualified coach.
In my 20’s (if only I knew then what I know now) I suffered from a long list of symptoms. Above all, due to inactivity, poor diet & lifestyle choices. My doctor gave me two options: She handed me a prescription and said take this pill OR go to the gym & fix your diet. I had to make a choice. So I threw the script away, and with the encouragement & accountability of my husband, hit the gym & started learning how to eat well.
I’ve learned first hand that there’s no such thing as a magic pill – our goals require planning, hard work, time, dedication and persistence. I’ve learned that you have to make your health a priority & that you can’t do this alone.
I continue to evolve & developed as a coach, mentor & friend. I’m passionate about helping others with their fitness, nutrition journey and helping with accountability.
